  • Wednesday, March 15th, 10 am to 11:30 am
    Class instructor: Corian Ellisor

This is an all-level adult dance class that is focused mainly on the principles of modern dance. Our journey starts out on the floor where we will warm up our core and find alignment. Next, we go through a series of standing exercises that get the body pushing through space to find our widest range of motion. The goal of this class is to have fun and to encourage anyone that wants to dance.
